Mindset shifting FRAMEWORKS for future forward organisations

Are you a business leader or policy maker who wants to stay adaptive and resilient to future shocks in society?
Would you like your staff to contribute towards Corporate Social Responsibility, Environment Social Governance, net-zero or get a zoomed out perspective of Equality Diversity Inclusion or improve their mental health and reduce burnout?
Pickled offers sessions for progressive and purpose-driven teams and leaders using clear frameworks that drive the point home. 🎯

I went to Anusha's Pickled Pantry 'Be The Change' event this evening and I would whole-heartedly encourage everyone of you to attend it.

It is so well thought out, practical and philosophical, concise and far-reaching, positive and honest.

Providing a space for talking and thinking, to then move to agency and action.

For all our futures. Well done Anusha! Kimchi everyone!!

Humanity's survival is everyone's goal
but the privileged have power in shaping the story.

How do we, the privileged, move
from inaction to taking impactful action?

"I would shop second-hand but it's not easy to find what I'm looking for!"

"I want to do more for the environment but that can cost more, everything is so expensive!"

"The world seems to be becoming a terrible place, I don't know what to believe anymore and I don't know what I can do about any of it!"

If this is you, then Pickled workshops should move you from feeling helpless to hopeful, by propelling action.

"It was a brilliant workshop!

A chance to step back and look at what's good in the world, and then adopt a positive mindset for thinking about how everyone has the power to create change - even through small, everyday actions."

Learn to connect the dots and see the bigger picture, find your place in the world and discover your power to make an impact even with everyday actions!

The sessions aim to recalibrate our humanness from within while arming us with the tools to make better choices in any of the roles we play in life - citizen, consumer, parent/carer, policy maker, business owner, leader and employee.

They show you a way of finding the courage to do what's right and discovering the power we have within ourselves that may have gotten lost in the maze created by our society, media and economic system.

If awareness alone was enough, radical changes would've taken place much sooner.

What we need is a reprogramming, an unlearning of what we've been conditioned to believe whilst the core human values that makes us a unique species have been suppressed.

SAY HELLO TO

Anusha Iyer

the Chief Pickling Officer and Pantry Manager.

She loves bringing people together to transform their perspective on challenges through playful and thought-provoking activities; and has a knack for visualising complex subjects and making them easy to digest by using metaphors and analogies.

She is determined to dismantle the oppressive power structure in the world and has tons of ideas for living ethically.

A human-centred designer by profession, she is also a systems thinker, changemaker and a singer in two bands.

It was amazing, and I'll echo everyone's comments from last night and on the post — you delivered the session with ease and clarity that is rare when tackling subjects as complex. But much more than that, the subject is hard to swallow as a citizen when you realise the decisions you make every day affect the planet and all of nature. The systems have been designed to make the rich richer; it's our choices that can change that balance.

Big shout out for Anusha who last night managed to condense the world's problems into 1.5hrs 😃. Great graphics and metaphors.

Take the Pickled Quiz

Find out what kind of pickle you are!

Are you cool and detached from politics and the polycrisis*

like a Pickled Cucumber?

Any chances you're a Kimchi who has fire in your belly

to make an impact in the world?

Or perhaps you're a Pickled Onion who watches all the horror while sincerely recycling their rubbish, wondering if there's anything you can do about it all as an ordinary pickle!

(*What polycrisis you ask. Climate crisis, erasure of democracy, biodiversity loss and ... oh, never mind, this quiz should be interesting regardless!)

Do you have the right level of awareness and willingness to unlearn your way to creating a positive fizz in the world?

The Pickled reProgram is best suited for helpless Onions and anxious Kimchis

"Thank you for such a wonderful and thought provoking workshop. One of those evenings where you wish everyone you know could be part of the conversation!"
